This is something I had growing up as a singer that was invaluable to my learning how to sing at my potential. The support, joy and knowledge I got from the many amazing communities I was in is the reason I can do what I do.
There are lots of singers who are just one step away from finding their voice in this world and often times being in a great community is the missing link.
A community not only provides a place to share music but it's a place to make friends who are on the same path and who 'get you'.
It's a place where you can be accountable to actually do what you say you're going to do and what you know you should do.
There's no stopping a great singer with a supportive community behind him/her!

What can I say about a man I've known for about 30 years who's gone from an actor, dancer and singer in a boy band to a major force in the Music Business?
Well, today Damon Sharpe is a Grammy and ASCAP award-winning producer, songwriter, DJ and recording artist.

There's a reason great singers sing great...
It's not just technique or stage presence or charisma!
It's because somehow they became the person who sings great!
If they don't they probably won't be great for long.
Just like the person who wins the lottery looses or blows through all the money if they don't become the person who has a lot of money!
That's a fact...and as a matter of fact the statistic is %85 loose the money!
We can hope that's not true but the truth is...it is true.
Before I didn't sing well, I was the guy who 'tried everything but still couldn't sing well'!
That was my singing identity.
